Are the programs suitable for beginners?
Yes, absolutely! Each program is designed to adapt to your current fitness level, whether you’re a beginner or already active. The key is to start at your own pace, with safe and motivating guidance.
Do I need to have equipment at home?
It depends on the program you choose.
- With the complete 5-phase program, some equipment is required starting in the second phase.
- With Personalized training programs, it’s entirely possible to train without equipment, using only bodyweight exercises.
When simple equipment is recommended (light weights, a mat, resistance bands), I’ll let you know from the start and will always suggest alternatives based on what you have at home.
Can I follow the program even if I have a busy schedule?
Absolutely! The workouts are flexible and can be done at a time that works for you. My goal is to make training fit easily into your daily life, without pressure or stress.
Is there weekly follow-up support?
Included only with personalized programs, you benefit from a weekly 15-minute session (call or video). This time is used to review your progress, adjust your program as needed, and answer your questions, providing personalized support and helping you stay motivated.
Do I need to use the Trainerize app?
Yes, the Trainerize app is how you access your program, track your workouts, receive reminders, and communicate with me. It’s easy to use and available on mobile, tablet, and computer.
What happens after purchasing a personalized program?
Once your purchase is complete, I’ll contact you to schedule your first session (initial assessment or introductory call). After that, you’ll receive your personalized program in the app, ready to get started!
Is it possible to ask questions outside of the follow-up sessions included in my plan?
Yes! You can message me at any time through the app for quick questions or support. I’m here to support you throughout your journey.
Can I cancel or reschedule my program?
A 30-day free trial is offered. Once the program officially begins after this trial period, it is non-refundable. However, if a particular situation arises, I am always open to finding fair and flexible solutions, depending on the circumstances.
